The Challenge
I wanted proof I build backend, not just UI: secure auth, real payments, inventory, and an admin that handles orders.
The Solution
Full-stack storefront on Next.js 16 with stateless JWT auth, Razorpay checkout, and a Chart.js admin dashboard with sales analytics. Guest demo mode runs the whole flow without a database. Hardened edge cases: stock validation, secure password hashing.
