Refund Policy

1. 48-Hour Cooling-Off — Full Refund

Cancel within 48 hours of paying the deposit and before design approval, and you get a full refund of the upfront payment, no questions asked.

2. Mid-Project — Pro-Rata

After design approval, delivered and approved work is billed pro-rata. The remaining unearned upfront balance is refunded. No refund on milestones you have already reviewed and approved.

3. After Launch — 30-Day Warranty

No refunds after launch — you have received the deliverable. Instead, every build carries a 30-day bug warranty: if delivered functionality breaks under normal use, I fix it free. The warranty does not cover third-party plugins you install or edits made after handover.

4. Retainer — Unused Days

Retainers ($1,000/mo) cancel anytime effective at the end of the current billing period. Unused full days remaining in a prepaid month are refunded pro-rata; the day cancellation is received counts as used. Same-day critical fixes already delivered are not refundable.

5. Non-Refundable Items

• Domain registrations, paid plugins, stock assets, or third-party fees purchased for your project
• Work already approved at a milestone review
• Extra revision hours already delivered at $75/h

6. How to Request a Refund

Email hello@adeshpreet.com with your name, project, and payment reference. I acknowledge every request within 24 hours and confirm the refundable amount within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method — allow 5–7 business days for Razorpay/Stripe payouts to reach your account.
