Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
1. Written scope controls
Work begins only after the parties confirm the deliverable, assumptions, exclusions, selected pricing tier, currency, payment schedule, timeline, and support window in writing. A proposal or invoice that conflicts with the signed agreement does not override it.
2. Payment
The invoice states the amount, ISO currency, due date, and the payment methods actually available for that invoice. The 5-Day Conversion & Speed Sprint uses 50% to schedule and 50% on delivery, quoted in USD; any INR or bank-transfer alternative is agreed in writing before scheduling, and the pay page shows only the methods that genuinely work for your invoice. No work begins solely because a form was submitted or the free grader was run.
3. Revisions and change control
Revision limits are written into the project scope. A new feature, material change, third-party integration, or work outside the agreed assumptions is a change request and receives a new written price and timeline before implementation.
4. Intellectual property
Ownership and permitted use of project-specific deliverables transfer only as stated in the written agreement and after applicable fees are paid. Pre-existing utilities, general know-how, templates, and third-party or open-source components remain subject to their original terms and are identified where relevant.
5. Confidentiality and access
Each party uses shared confidential information only to deliver the engagement and protects credentials through appropriate access controls. Ownership of customer data, privacy obligations, retention periods, and approved portfolio use are recorded in the project agreement.
6. Warranty and responsibility
Every engagement carries a 30-day post-delivery bug-fix warranty covering the delivered scope under normal use. It does not cover new features, third-party service outages, content changes, or work outside the written scope. Broader support windows, exclusions, third-party dependencies, and any liability terms are stated in the written agreement. Neither party is responsible for indirect loss to the extent such exclusion is lawful.
7. Cancellation
Either party may request cancellation in writing. The parties document approved work, committed third-party costs, and remaining deliverables. Any credit, refund, or handover is confirmed in writing under the refund and support policy.
8. Disputes and governing law
The parties should attempt good-faith resolution by email or call after a written dispute notice. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are first addressed by good-faith negotiation for 30 days, then by the courts with jurisdiction over Punjab, India.
