Fixed scope. Fixed price. Shipped.

Pick the shape of the work: a fix, a 5-day sprint, a site, an app, or ongoing care. The price range is on the card before we talk, the fixed quote is in writing before any code, and one person does the shipping.

5-Day Conversion & Speed Sprint

$799 fixed

Early-client rate: held for the first 5 client projects.

One conversion-critical flow diagnosed, fixed, tested, and handed over. If the first working session does not find a fix worth more than the fee, judged by you, you pay nothing and keep the written diagnosis.

Best for: Live sites or apps losing signups, checkouts, or leads to one slow or broken flow. Not included: Full-site redesigns, new product modules, or platform migrations: those are scoped under Web Development or Web Apps.

  1. Day 1

    Baseline & bottleneck audit

Full Core Web Vitals, bundle and funnel measurement on your live URL: the before numbers, recorded before anything is touched.

  2. Days 2–4

    Production fixes

Load-time (LCP) and responsiveness (INP) optimization, query and hydration fixes, and repair of the UI conversion flow, shipped as reviewed pull requests.

  3. Day 5

    Verification & handover

Before/after benchmark verification, merged and deployed, plus a written handover and the warranty start date.

30-day bug-fix warranty on the delivered sprint. · 50% to schedule, 50% on delivery (USD)

How the first-session guarantee works

  • You judge it: after the first working session, if you do not agree the fix is worth more than the fee, you pay nothing and keep the written diagnosis.
  • What I need to start: a live URL, staging, read-only analytics, and repo (or file) access before Day 1.
  • The sprint needs a measurable baseline: roughly 1,000+ monthly visits, or a flow you can test directly (a form, a checkout step). Below that, a landing-page build is the better buy and I will say so.

The 5-day clock starts when the deposit has cleared and the kickoff checklist (access + content) is complete: not when a form is submitted.

Every engagement, in practice

The practical rules are the same on a $100 fix and a $12,000 build.

2 revision rounds included

Two consolidated rounds of feedback per deliverable, written into the scope. After those rounds, further changes are still welcome: quoted in writing first, either as a small fixed price or hourly from $30/hr depending on the work.

Ownership transfers on final payment

On final payment, full ownership of the deliverables transfers to you, exactly as stated in the written agreement. Open-source and third-party components keep their own licences.

Third-party costs at cost

Hosting, domains, SSL and paid plugins are paid by you directly to the provider. I add no markup, and they are listed before the work starts.

The clock starts on access

Every timeline starts when the deposit has cleared and the kickoff checklist (access + content) is complete: not when a form is submitted.

Who this is not for

A misfit costs us both. These are the briefs I decline, and why: so you can rule me out before the first call.

Template-only budgets

If the ceiling is the cost of a $39 theme, a custom build is the wrong purchase: I'll point you to the theme instead.

Projects that need a team of five

Enterprise rollouts, multi-team migrations and 24-month programmes need an agency with staff, not one engineer with focus.

Open-ended hourly work

I quote fixed scope before code. If you need an on-demand hourly pair of hands with no defined outcome, we're a mismatch.

'Clone X in two weeks' briefs

A clone is a product with users, edge cases and support. If the plan is a two-week copy of a funded platform, the plan is the problem.

Every engagement carries a 30-day warranty on the delivered scope, and every price is agreed in writing before any code is written (50% to schedule, 50% on delivery in USD). Not sure which tier fits? Describe the problem: I'll tell you what I'd do and what it costs, within 24 hours.

Questions, answered honestly.

How much does it actually cost?
Quick fixes run $100–$500, a 3-page Starter Site is $449, custom websites $600–$5,000, web apps $2,800–$12,000, and the flagship 5-Day Conversion & Speed Sprint is a fixed $799 (early-client rate, held for the first 5 client projects, with a $0 first-session guarantee). Every project gets a written fixed quote before code: 50% to schedule and 50% on delivery in USD.
How fast can you deliver?
Quick fixes ship in 48 hours to 1 week, landing pages in 1–2 weeks, full sites in 2–6 weeks, and SaaS MVPs in ~5 weeks. There are no account managers or handoffs: you work directly with the developer writing your code.
What happens after launch?
Every build, including the 5-Day Conversion & Speed Sprint, carries a 30-day post-launch bug-fix warranty on the delivered scope. Optional monthly care plans ($299 – $2,200/mo) are available if you want ongoing monitoring, updates, and priority SLAs.
Why no agency markup?
You hire one engineer directly. I cover strategy, design and code myself, and quote and ship the same work. Global service, fully async, delivered from anywhere.
Can you handle design too, or just code?
Both: I started in design in 2018 and now ship full-stack production apps from wireframes to deployment. Having one person own both UI and engineering means nothing gets lost in handoffs.
Do you sign NDAs?
Absolutely. I'm happy to sign your NDA before any discovery call or project kickoff. Client confidentiality is non-negotiable, your idea stays yours.
What if I already have a Figma design?
Even better, it saves us time. I'll take your Figma file and translate it into clean, production-ready code with pixel-perfect accuracy. I can also audit the design for responsive edge cases and accessibility before building, so nothing gets lost in translation.
Do you build mobile apps?
Yes: React Native + Expo for iOS & Android from one codebase: auth, push, deep links, store submission, OTA updates. SaaS companions, stores, booking apps. I say no to native Swift/Kotlin rewrites, game engines, and 'clone X in two weeks' briefs.
What kind of work do you say no to?
Native Swift/Kotlin rewrites, game engines, and 'clone X in two weeks' briefs: those need teams or timelines I won't fake. If we're a bad fit I'll say so on the first call and point you somewhere better.
I've never hired a developer: where do I start?
Start with the free site grader, send a rough message for a 24-hour triage reply, or book a free 15-minute call. I'll tell you honestly whether a build makes sense and give you a written fixed quote before any code begins.
What's the difference between a care plan and a retainer?
A care plan is a subscription for uptime, security, and fixes: you pay for care, not hours. A retainer is a time-block purchase. I offer care plans ($299 – $2,200/mo) because you want results and uptime, not someone logging hours. No fixed-price retainer: only value delivered.
Do you work with clients globally?
Yes: I work with clients worldwide. Fully distributed and async-first: written updates are the default, and call booking is self-serve: the calendar shows live slots in your time zone. Quotes are in USD (the international standard), with INR via UPI for clients in India and bank transfer for everyone else. One price list applies worldwide: when a budget is tighter, the scope gets smaller, never a different price for a different country.
What do I need to provide to start?
Less than you think. For the Sprint: a live URL, staging access, and read-only analytics. For a build: your content (or I use placeholders you can swap later), any brand assets you have, and one decision-maker for feedback. You get a kickoff checklist so nothing is guesswork.
Who owns the code, and who pays for hosting?
You own the deliverables: ownership transfers to you on final payment, exactly as stated in the written agreement. Hosting, domains, SSL and any paid plugins are paid by you directly to the provider: no markup, and I never hold your accounts.
How many revision rounds are included?
Two consolidated rounds of feedback per deliverable, written into the scope. After that, changes are quoted in writing before anything is implemented: a small fixed price, or hourly from $30/hr depending on the work: so scope can't creep in either direction.
What are your call hours and time zone?
I'm based in Punjab, India (IST, UTC+5:30) and work async-first: most projects run on written updates, which travel well. Call booking is self-serve: the calendar shows live slots in your time zone. The default reply time is under 24 hours; in practice it's usually much faster.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
Every engagement is staged so you see progress early: the Sprint carries its own first-session guarantee, builds get milestone reviews, and every delivery carries a 30-day bug-fix warranty on the delivered scope. If something is off, tell me and it gets fixed. The plain-language refund policy is on /refund.
What happens if you become unavailable mid-project?
You are never dependent on one laptop. Code is committed to your repository at least weekly, credentials and documentation live in your accounts, and delivery includes a written handover: so the project can continue even if I can't.
Can I edit content myself without a developer?
Yes, where it makes sense. Most sites ship with a CMS (Sanity or Contentful) so you can edit copy, images and pages yourself; smaller sites get documented content files instead. Either way you're not paying developer rates to fix a typo.
